Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges
Shipping
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. We will process your order within 5-7 business days unless an order processing delay has been noted on the website. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Most orders will arrive in 1-3 business days after they are shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, you can exchange your candle for a different scent within 10 business days after receiving it as long as the candle is not burned and in the same condition as when you received it. Please contact us before sending the candle back and let us know which scent you would like.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Isinmi Candle Co. is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for exchanges, and we do not assume any responsibility for reimbursing or compensating for any returned packages that are lost in transit without receiving proof of delivery.
Order Issues
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 72 hours after the order is delivered to let us know. Send a photo of the damaged or broken package to info@isinmicandleco.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the damage. We will then ship a replacement order. If you experience any other issues with your order (i.e., you do not receive it), please contact us immediately.
Please remember that these products are handmade and, as a result, they will have slight variations in each batch.
